The conference languages will be English and Croatian, along with simultaneous translations.

The organisers do not accept responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. All participants are strongly advised to make their own personal insurance before travelling to the conference.

Visa Requirements for Croatia and Letter of invitation

It is the sole responsibility of an attendee to organise his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing for their visa applications.
